Join ASEE and the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) for the Chairs Conclave — a half-day, high-impact leadership experience that brings together engineering department chairs to exchange best practices and explore strategies for building strong, future-ready programs.

Hosted in partnership with NCEES, the Chairs Conclave will highlight the critical role of engineering licensure in protecting the public, upholding professional standards, and preparing graduates for careers that demand demonstrated competence.

Participants will gain practical insights from leaders in academia and industry on to how to promote pathways to licensure among both students and faculty, while also engaging in broader topics such as practicing effective academic stewardship and inspiring and empowering new and junior faculty.

The Chairs Conclave offers a collaborative forum to strengthen your leadership toolkit, expand your professional network, and reaffirm your role in advancing excellence, integrity, and public trust in engineering.

Full breakfast and lunch will be provided, along with a morning refreshment break.
